STATE Bags, the elevated family bag brand known for our amazing kids backpacks, luggage and travel accessories for the whole family, is seeking an Ecommerce Analyst to support in the day to day analysis and management of Click to view.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual who is experienced in ecommerce data analytics and reporting.

What we need:
Previous Ecommerce experience, ideally 1-2 years of experience
Strong holistic understanding of the Shopify, Klaviyo, Returnly and Google Analytics platforms and processes
Experience pulling Shopify, Klaviyo, Returnly and Google Analytics reporting, including sales and inventory reports
Aptitude for analyzing Ecommerce reports to elevate insights that drive the business
Strong and timely written and communication skills
Must be detail-oriented and willing to learn and create processes
A fast learner who is willing to go out of their way to pick up new skills
Proficient in Excel, Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)

What you will do:
Day-to-Day operations and analysis. Act as our ecommerce analyst, pulling daily, weekly and monthly reports and elevating key insights.
Reporting. Manage all reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, pulling key reports each Sunday in advance of Monday meetings
Evolve current reporting to drive the customization of internal dashboards to support in meeting business objectives
Site Maintenance. Assist Director of Ecom in day to day maintenance of Click to view including product uploads and website merchandising, and the implementation of new features and functions to maintain, support, and upgrade existing functionality

Who you are:
1-2 years of relevant ecommerce experience specifically on Shopify, Klaviyo and Google Analytics
You’re an excellent writer and effective communicator
Strong analytical skills
Proactive and resourceful / scrappy
You love spreadsheets and organizing information
You have extremely strong attention to detail
You’re a collaborative team player
