Job Description:
As an eCommerce and Amazon Seller Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Amazon seller account to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales performance. You will be tasked with managing product listings, optimizing content for search, handling inventory management, processing orders, providing top-notch customer service, and implementing marketing and promotion strategies to drive traffic and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

– Create and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, compelling imagery, and relevant keywords to enhance discoverability and conversion rates.
– Monitor inventory levels, replenish stock as needed, and coordinate with fulfillment centers to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
– Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing feedback to maintain a positive reputation.
– Monitor sales performance and key metrics, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
– Implement marketing and promotion initiatives, including Amazon PPC campaigns, Lightning Deals, and Coupons, to drive traffic and increase sales.
– Stay informed about changes to Amazon’s policies and guidelines, ensure compliance, and handle any policy violations or account suspensions promptly and appropriately.
– Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities, explore expansion into new marketplaces or regions, and evaluate potential partnerships or collaborations to drive growth.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
– Proven experience managing an Amazon seller account or similar e-commerce platform.
– Strong understanding of Amazon’s seller policies, guidelines, and best practices.
– Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Exceptional communication and customer service skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and other relevant software applications.
– Experience with SEO, PPC advertising, and other marketing strategies preferred.
