Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly competent Offshore Ecommerce Assistant with expertise in Shopify Plus to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify Plus, and will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our online store. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent technical skills and a passion for fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Plus Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify Plus store, including product listings, inventory management
Website Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the website, ensuring all content is current, accurate, and aligns with our brand standards.
Product Listings: Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Marketing Coordination: Assist with the implementation of online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, promotions, and social media integration.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to the ecommerce platform, liaising with developers as needed.
SEO & CRO: Implement best practices for SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to drive traffic and improve sales performance.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience managing an ecommerce store on Shopify Plus, with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to make minor website adjustments and customizations.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve website performance.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in product listings, inventory, and order management.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members remotely.
Problem Solver: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
