eCommerce Assistant – eBay

We are in search of a dynamic and reliable Admin Assistant to join our expanding E-Commerce team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have the skills to back it up, we want you on board. You would be responsible for managing and optimizing the sales, listings, and performance of our products on eBay. We offer a full-time, long-term opportunity

To excel in this role, a stable internet connection and access to a laptop or computer are non-negotiable.

Job Description:
Handling customer enquiries through ebay
Keeping meticulous records of customer interactions
Ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience
Ensure eBay performance metrics are maintained at an excellent level
Facilitate platform listings and sales growth
Occasional File Data Manipulation & IT

What characteristics should you have?
Our ideal candidate is adaptable, a quick learner, and consistently willing to go the extra mile in everything they undertake.
Excellent written English is mandatory, and we highly value strong organizational skills.
Must have 2 years of experience in researching products from Amazon to eBay.
Must demonstrate integrity in handling data.
Proficient in using Excel sheets
Basic knowledge of HTML
Able to follow instructions
Able to complete tasks
Be creative and come up with ideas
Have the creativity of brand, designs, logos
Be proactive
Be ethical and honest
Have a learning mentality (if you don’t know something –having the want to learn it, by training modules, research etc). Self learning.
Ask for clarification if something is not clear
Problems will arise –but be open minded to finding solutions, find alternatives
Able to understand short & brief instructions, and be able to think for yourself.
Be creative, come up with ideas
Take pride in your work
Flexible, very open minded
Must have a sense of humour
