Summary:
We are looking for a motivated individual capable of providing virtual assistance to an online retail company selling novelty motorcycle accessories – . The role will involve a variety of tasks including social media management, some customer service, admin, inventory management, research, design, some data analysis and other adhoc projects. Responsibilities:
This position operates with a high degree of independence in performing the duties of the position while maintaining open communication with other team members
• Manage social media accounts (including scheduling posts, managing and replying to comments, researching influencers we could partner with)
• Admin tasks within shopify such as manage reviews, monitor inventory levels, improve product descriptions, process returns/refunds, generate reports and provide summaries
• Conduct market research to determine potential product ideas to potentially offer in the store
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within a specified time frame and with a minimum number of errors or omissions. (Double checks own work to eliminate errors)
• Ability to complete a task, then create a SOP for that task
• Follow detailed design briefs to create very basic product designs (we will provide training if needed)
• Respond to customer service email and Facebook messenger enquiries, in a timely manner, using a customer service ticketing system (this will not be a significant part of the role, only if customer service staff are overwhelmed)
• Adjust priorities on a daily basis to ensure most important work is completed first
• Other back-office support tasks that may be assigned from time to time

• Required skill (s): Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills, and above average typing speed
• Detail-oriented, organized, multi-tasking, and can deliver results on time
