Job Description

What you’ll do:
? As a B2B eCommerce Operations Associate, you will contribute to the growth and
success of our reseller program by implementing best practices, driving business growth,
and establishing a strong foundation for long-term success.
? Reseller Management: Proactively engage with resellers and distributors, fostering
strong relationships and providing excellent customer support. Serve as the primary
point of contact for all reseller inquiries, addressing their needs via email and phone
communication.
? Order Management: Efficiently process incoming orders from resellers, ensuring
accuracy and timely fulfillment. Take responsibility for generating and sending tracking
numbers to resellers, ensuring transparency throughout the shipping process.
? Program Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding our reseller program. Assist in
developing strategies and initiatives to attract new resellers, increase sales, and drive
revenue growth.
? KPI Tracking: Monitor and analyze KPIs related to reseller operations and overall
eCommerce performance. Prepare reports and present data to management,
highlighting areas for improvement and implementing actionable solutions.
? Project Management: Provide support in project management initiatives related to
eCommerce operations. Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new retail
establishments, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to established guidelines.
? Lead Sourcing: Actively source leads and potential resellers through various channels,
including market research, networking events, industry associations, and online
platforms. Develop and maintain a robust network of prospective resellers.
? Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline for reseller accounts, ensuring
a consistent flow of leads and opportunities. Track and prioritize leads, nurturing
relationships and driving them through the sales cycle.
? Program Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize the reseller program based
on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. Propose and implement
innovative strategies to improve the program’s efficiency, profitability, and overall
effectiveness.
? Ad-hoc Operational Tasks: Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as needed. This may
include assisting or other operational responsibilities that arise.

The ideal candidate has:
? 3-5 years of previous experience in B2B eCommerce operations, reseller management,
or a related field is preferred
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively engage with
resellers and distributors, responding promptly to inquiries and providing professional
support.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and
prioritize workload effectively.
? Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive
operational improvements.
? Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving eCommerce
environment.
