autobrush is on a quest to revolutionize oral health through innovation and style, and we’re expanding our mission by searching for a multi-talented eCommerce Brand Manager. Your domain? The vibrant intersection of eCommerce excellence and brand storytelling spread across Shopify, Amazon, Meta, TapCart, TikTok Shops, and more.

In the dynamic landscape of digital commerce, our mission extends beyond mere presence—it’s about setting the pace and defining the future of dental care. As autobrush’s eCommerce Brand Manager, you’ll orchestrate our online ecosystem, ensuring our Shopify channel is not only a marketplace but a showcase of our pioneering spirit. Your canvas includes managing our Shopify site, liaising with our Amazon Marketplace manager, and curating our presence on off-Shopify platforms to maintain brand harmony and a seamless customer experience.

Beyond channel management, you’ll dive into the details of project management with our developers, ensuring the highest quality in every digital touchpoint. From the art of landing page development with tools like the Replo App to the science of subscription management via Recharge, your role is pivotal. You’ll master the nuances of upselling—both in-cart and post-purchase—and manage the critical elements of Product Detail Page (PDP) and variant management, turning complexity into simplicity and browsers into buyers.

What You’ll Do:
– Shopify Channel Management: Serve as the primary manager for our Shopify channel, ensuring the platform is optimized for sales, customer engagement, and user experience. Deep knowledge of Shopify apps and integrations is essential.
– Brand Strategy Development: Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance our brand image, increase brand awareness, and solidify our market position.
– Sales and Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics across all eCommerce platforms, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
– Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall brand objectives. A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills is required.
– Coordinate with Developers: Engage in direct communication with our developers, owning the quality assurance (QA) process, and steering project management to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
– Building Cohesive Shopping Experiences: Manage our presence across various eCommerce platforms including Meta, TapCart, TikTok Shops, and more, ensuring brand consistency and a top-notch customer experience.
– Landing Page Optimization: Utilize your knowledge of landing page development, especially with tools like the Replo App, to craft engaging and effective landing pages that convert.
– Subscription Management: Leverage your understanding of subscription management with Recharge to enhance our subscription mode.
– Upsell Optimization: Implement and optimize upselling strategies, both in-cart and post-purchase, to maximize revenue.
– Product Detail Page (PDP) & Variant Management: Take charge of PDP management, ensuring products are presented in the best possible light. Manage product variants effectively to cater to our diverse customer base.
– Manage Promotion and Product Launches: Lead conversations with Marketing and Experience teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
– Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): A strong passion for and understanding of CRO will be a significant advantage. Apply your knowledge to optimize every touchpoint on our website, enhancing the user journey and increasing conversion rates.
– Graphic Design: While not mandatory, graphic design skills are a significant plus. Ability to create visually appealing content for our website and marketing materials to enhance brand image and product presentation.

Necessary Skills & Attributes for Success:
– Proven track record in eCommerce and Shopify channel management.
– Solid experience in project management, working closely with developers, and managing QA processes.
– Expertise in landing page development, particularly with the Replo App.
– A strong grasp of subscription management tools like Recharge.
– Demonstrated ability in managing upselling strategies and comprehensive knowledge of PDP and variant management.
– A keen eye for detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Exceptional analytical abilities, with a knack for leveraging data to inform decisions.
– Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams to achieve business goals.
– Passion for and knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
