Digital Sucker Punch is an eCommerce performance digital marketing agency that was established in 2019, specialising in working with brands in the health, fitness, and supplement space.

We are currently looking for a Client Account Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day communication with our agency clients and our internal team. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.

Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of plans.

Must be a leader, self-starter, and thrive on efficiency.
Successful candidates are highly organised self-starters who are excited to be a driving part of our agency’s growth.

You should be driven to push work toward completion by understanding what the vision is, what the path is, and what success looks like for all stakeholders, with an eye on all details.

About the role:

As a Client Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact between internal agency team members and clients.

Responsibilities:

– Be client-facing to speak to timing, deliverables, and metrics — managing internal resources and ensuring projects are staying on track with the timeline to meet the deadline.
– You will be nurturing client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor, and ensuring the communication and campaign delivery are flawless.
– Coordinate and develop tasks, priorities, deliverables, and timelines with team stakeholders (internal and client).
– Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings with clients such as kickoffs, check-ins, and reviews.
– Taking ownership of your account performance, you’ll be forward-thinking in your approach.

The ideal candidate has:

– 3+ years of digital marketing experience (ideally at an agency).
– Confidence to work independently and efficiently.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
– Ability to multitask and manage time well, working on multiple projects/executions while maintaining the highest standard of quality.
– A cool, calm, and collected approach to problem-solving.
