Ecommerce Coordinator for Shopify Sites

The Shopify E-commerce Coordinator typically plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the online store’s operations on the Shopify platform in conjunction with our site development team.

Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. In the situation of any issues with the site, they will be the one coordinating between the site development and the rest of the internal team to make sure the glitches are fixed.

Product Listings: Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, including images, descriptions, and pricing.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinate restocks with the warehouse and operations team, and address any issues related to stock availability.

Payment Processing: Address any payment-related issues that may arise between our payment processor, gateway and Shopify integrations.

Shopify App Integration: Working with the marketing team, evaluate and manage implementation Shopify apps (with the site developers) that enhance the functionality of the store, such as apps for marketing, analytics, or customer engagement.

Analytics and Reporting: Generate reports for the marketing team related to the Shopify store, such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales, and provide regular reports.

E-commerce Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns are effectively implemented on the Shopify platform.

Platform Updates: Stay informed about Shopify platform updates, new features, and best practices, and implement changes as needed with the site developers.

Troubleshooting: Address technical issues or glitches on the Shopify platform, coordinating with the site developers, Shopify support, or app support if necessary. Manage all testing to ensure fixes are working accordingly.

This position works from 8am to pm PST, Monday – Friday with occasional overtime if glitches or testing needs occur.
