Ecommerce Copywriter

Full time 40 hours/week position at ThinkPsych

Hi there! Do you have a talent for writing persuasive sales copy? Are you excited for the opportunity to work with a fast-growing company that loves its employees? We are ThinkPsych, a US-based company that makes educational games for kids. Founded by two psychologists, our mission is to help kids live happier, better lives. We are looking to fill a LONG-TERM position for a copywriter. We want someone with at least 5 years experience that can help us market ourselves and our products more effectively.

We are looking for someone that can help us with the following tasks:
– Write persuasive copy for e-commerce listings(Amazon and Shopify)
– Write content for product packaging (e.g., game descriptions, taglines, etc.)
– Write sales copy for ecommerce emails
– Write sales copy for social media ads & search ads
– Write sales copy for promotional videos
– Assist with editing or writing instructions for new products

Hours are 40 hours/week. Starting salary is $1200/month, depending on experience. Subject to completion of 6 month probationary period.

QUALIFICATIONS
*Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written)
*A minimum of 5 years experience with copywriting for sales
*Strong attention to detail. If this describes you, write “persuasive” as the first word in your application.
*Experience with copywriting for ecommerce D2C brands
*Friendly, effective communication with team members
*Creative and self-motivated to exceed expectations

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
* Flexible hours – work whenever you want. 40 hours a week total. We just ask that you are available for at least one meeting a week at 9AM EST (9PM Philippines Time).
* Pay is given weekly on Fridays; payment coverage is in real-time.
* We pay 13th Month Bonus.
* We give annual pay increases based on performance.
* Every month you work you will earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year); an additional leave credit per year for every year of work completed.
* We offer 7 flexible paid public holidays.
