Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a talented Creative Strategist who can merge the worlds of creativity and strategy to amplify our brand’s online presence. This role demands a mix of copywriting mastery, visual creativity, strategic research, and social media proficiency. The perfect candidate will not only enrich our product listings but also sculpt our brand voice, drive customer engagement, and optimize our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Avatar and Product Description:

– Create comprehensive customer avatar sheets that capture the desires and preferences of our target market.

– Develop compelling and informative product pages, ensuring that content resonates with the identified customer avatar.

– Write persuasive product descriptions to attract and inform potential customers.

– Using insights from the avatar sheets, develop enticing and informative product pages that captivate and engage our customers.

– Develop SEO-friendly product descriptions.

– Collaborate with the graphic designer to create eye-catching and informative images and GIFs for product description

2. Collaboration with Graphic Designer:

– Coordinate closely with the graphic design team to ideate and produce captivating Facebook Ads & Gifs suitable for product pages.

– Provide precise instructions regarding text, imagery, and overall design aesthetics for Facebook Ads to ensure alignment with our brand’s identity and appeal to our audience.

– Allocate tasks to graphic designer, ensuring the visual representation of content aligns with the brand and resonates with the target audience.

– Coordinate with the graphic designer to align ad content

– Assign graphic design tasks to ensure product pages are visually appealing and functional.

– Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and continuously improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

– Stay updated with the latest e-commerce and social media trends to keep our content strategies ahead of the curve.

3) Research and Strategy Development:

– Research market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

– Cultivate a strong understanding of our target audience and their preferences.

– Think creatively to devise innovative strategies for content, promotions, and product launches.

4) UGC (User Generated Content) and Social Media:

– Script content for UGC creators, driving authentic brand promotion.

– Design engaging social media posts, encompassing both visual and written content.

– Strategize and schedule regular social media content, ensuring brand consistency.

– Analyse social media performance metrics, iterating strategies based on these insights.

Experience and Qualifications:

-Previous experience in e-commerce and a similar role.

-Proven capability in creative writing, with a portfolio that highlights compelling online content.

-Basic proficiency in photo & video editing.

-Experience in curating and managing social media content.

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Exceptional analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.

-Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

-Proficiency in SEO copywriting.

-Detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality and consistency.
