Your Role
As a Creative Strategist, your goal is to design and execute processes that allow us to test, iterate & scale high converting creatives (video, images) across platforms. You will be working closely with our Designers & Copywriters to create persuasive & effective direct response ads.
Key Outcomes:
– Create & execute clear, repeatable strategies for designing high converting creatives across various platforms (ad formats, research process, visual hook/idea generation etc)
Responsibilities
– Research & develop visual concepts for different customer avatars to highlight target audiences pain points, motivations, fears, desires, objections, narratives, emotional states etc
– Analyse creative data from campaigns to generate purposeful, data driven insights that can be converted into applicable, high performing ad tests
– Design compelling creatives for new funnels including ads, advertorials, lead gen, product launch and promos
– Work with designers, copywriters and media buyers to create a monthly/ weekly cadence to address top priority projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality tests across channels
– Review key creatives across various platforms to ensure consistency and alignment with brand/compliance guidelines
– Competitor analysis on visuals, ad tests & new uncover new tactics we can spin off for our our ads
– Maintain a library of swipes/ trends to spark innovation across creative teams
– Create A.I prompts to generate effective creatives
– Organize creative library so it’s easy to find + leverage on incoming assets & maximise utility
– Work with agencies to generate interesting photoshoots for product/ customers, influencers to create a stream of video/ creative content.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in UI/UX, graphic design, video editing, ad creative testing & CRO
Has exposure interacting with ad accounts spending $10k/month or more (Meta, Tiktok)
Strong analytical skills – able to dissect core drivers of working ads and creating new variations to test based on fundamental persuasion pillars
Proven framework for creative testing (how to expand/ create variations of winning creative concepts)
Ability to distil new concepts into applicable frameworks and roll out them out to new designers quickly
Independent problem solver who is resourceful and able to address manage multiple projects end to end
Organised & meticulous
Obsessed with design, psychology, persuasion & advertising
