Position Purpose
The purpose of this E-commerce support role is to provide high-level administrative support to our Online Fulfilment Team and Managers. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of an e-commerce business and facilitating effective communication between different departments and stakeholders. This role will be customer facing for TennisGear Online and Pickleball Online.

Handling administrative tasks: You will be responsible for managing the Online Fulfilment Teams emails, drafting and sending correspondence, and creating reports. Additionally, you may be responsible for data entry, document preparation, and other administrative duties.
Providing project support: You may be responsible for supporting the team in the development and execution of E-commerce projects, including tracking progress, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Managing communication: You will be responsible for ensuring communication between the customers and other E-commerce team members is effective and efficient. This may include scheduling team meetings, distributing meeting agendas, and following up on action items.
Managing relationships: You may be responsible for managing relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders in the E-commerce space. This may include coordinating meetings, negotiating price, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Overall, your role as an Executive Assistant supporting E-commerce will require you to be organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities. Responsibilities:
In this E-Commerce Support role, you will have a wide range of responsibilities. Here’s what you can expect:
Administration: You’ll be responsible for managing and organizing important documents, files, and information. You’ll also be responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
Website Development: involve collaborating with web developers and designers to design, develop, and maintain websites that are both visually appealing and user-friendly. Your responsibilities will include managing website content, ensuring that websites function optimally, and optimizing the user experience.
Social Media: You’ll help manage and maintain social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that social media channels are in line with brand messaging and image.
Graphic Design: develop graphics and other visual elements for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing material. Ensure that all visual content aligns with the brand’s messaging and image, while also engaging the target audience.
Data Entry: As part of your responsibilities, you will be in charge of inputting and overseeing data in spreadsheets, databases, and various digital tools. Your primary objective will be to maintain the accuracy and currency of the data.
Customer Service: You’ll provide support to customers through various channels, including email, phone, and chat. You’ll be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
Content Creation: You’ll help create and manage various types of content, including blog posts, social media content, and website content. And Blogs: You’ll help create and manage blog content, including writing and editing articles, publishing posts, and promoting blog content.
Email Management: You’ll be responsible for managing and organizing email correspondence, responding to inquiries, and ensuring that emails are appropriately routed.
Appointment Setting: You’ll be responsible for scheduling and managing appointments, ensuring that they are properly scheduled and that all parties are notified of any changes.
Computer Services: You’ll provide technical support for computer systems and software, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally.
Product Listings: You’ll help manage and create product listings, ensuring that products are accurately described and that all necessary information is included.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree may be preferred
Experience working as an executive assistant or administrative assistant
Experience in E-commerce or online retail industry
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving skills
Experience:
Experience with E-commerce platforms, ideally Shopify
Experience with online sales and marketing
Experience managing social media accounts
Experience with customer service and support
