We are URGENTLY looking for and hiring a Customer Service Agent for our e-commerce business.
We are reopening the job position for Customer Service Agent as we need additional staff for our growing team. This is a NON-Voice job position.
You will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Your responsibilities will include responding to but are not limited to the following:
· product & general questions
· order status, shipping, and tracking updates
· order changes or modifications
· cancellations and refunds
· provide support to our European Phone Staff
· various data entry and ad hoc tasks when needed
Required Work Skills:
· must be fluent in English in both written & verbal
· must have excellent communication skills
· able to create emails in a respectful and friendly manner to our customers
· must be able to communicate with customers even without using our saved macros
· experience with Shopify of at least 1 year
· experience with Zendesk of at least 1 year
· experience with Email support of at least 1 year
· online research skills

· ability to follow instructions, learn, and work quickly
· receptive to corrections and constructive criticism
· proactive, reliable, and punctual
· complete all assigned tasks within a deadline
· able to work independently and in a team
· flexibility to work extra hours at short notice if required
· must be able to work on weekends if needed
Other Technical Requirements:
· knowledgeable with Google, Google Drive, and Google Sheets
· knowledgeable with MS Office apps (working and installed on PC)
· must have a stable and fast internet connection
· fast or updated desktop or laptop computer
