Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively via email, chat, and phone
• Handle customer issues, concerns, and requests with empathy and professionalism
• Utilize Gorgias ticketing system to manage and resolve customer queries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and find timely solutions
• Provide technical assistance related to Shopify and troubleshoot any e-commerce platform issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and proactively address potential problems
• Uphold our company’s customer service standards and contribute to a positive customer experience
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in customer service
• Proficiency in using Gorgias ticketing system for managing customer inquiries
• Experience in handling email, chat, and phone-based customer interactions
• Strong familiarity with Shopify platform functionality and troubleshooting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customer concerns
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
