Fire pits, Fireplaces, Patio Heaters and all sorts of different Fire & Heat products.

We need you to handle customer service, order processing, shipping, etc. – essentially, the day to day operations of the company. We want you to play a huge role in things moving forward.

JOB OVERVIEW
Main Responsibilities:
– Processing and managing orders
– Communicating with customers & suppliers
– Solving problems with orders
– Handling all incoming calls
You’ll be responsible for making sure customers receive what they ordered, on time, and help solve any problems along the way.
Here are some examples of the types of things you’ll coordinate with customers & suppliers, via phone, email, & chat:
– Placing orders with suppliers
– Order status changes/delays
– Customer post-purchase follow up
– Returns, warranty issues, chargebacks
– Backorders
– Call & email customer to notify
– If they can’t wait, offer alternative products
– Damaged items
– Provide customers with any information required
