Fixed US Pacific Time Schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday- Friday
As Neuro’s Data/Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to the company’s operations. You will work closely with various departments within the company to understand business requirements and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. You will help will develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the development of new e-commerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collect, analyze, and interpret e-commerce data, such as website traffic, sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior, using various tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, SQL).
– Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that provide insights into e-commerce performance and identify areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
– Identify trends and opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations for new e-commerce initiatives.
– Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and data visualizations.
– Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks and reconciliations.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies and make recommendations for implementing new tools or processes to improve e-commerce operations.
– Work independently and as part of a team to achieve department and company goals.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
– 3+ years of experience in e-commerce data analysis or related field.
– Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
– Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
– Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
– Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
– Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
– Familiarity with A/B testing and statistical analysis preferred.
