Job Description

Les Hall Filter is looking for an experienced eCommerce manager to help drive sales growth through online
marketplaces as well as direct sales through our company website.

Specific Duties:

eCommerce (Amazon)

Product Listing Optimization: Creating and optimizing product listings to ensure they are attractive, accurate, and rank well in Amazon search results.
Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, replenishing stock, and ensuring products are available to meet demand.
Marketing and Advertising: Running Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, optimizing keywords, and using advertising tools to increase product visibility and sales.
Sales Analysis: Analyzing sales data, understanding customer behavior, and using insights to improve sales strategies.
Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, handling returns or complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Competitor Analysis: Keeping an eye on competitors’ products, pricing, and strategies to stay competitive in the marketplace.
Managing Reviews and Ratings: Monitoring and responding to customer reviews and ratings to maintain a good reputation and improve product quality.
Compliance and Policies: Staying updated with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
Optimizing for SEO: Implementing SEO strategies within Amazon’s platform to improve product visibility in organic search results.
Strategic Planning: Developing plans to expand product lines, enter new markets, or increase market share within Amazon’s ecosystem.
Identify best shipping methods for Amazon sales in Canada and USA.
Managing the internal processes to ensure that Amazon orders are handled by our customer service, warehouse and finance teams.
Work with Amazon Team on issues as they arrive (Delisted parts, FBA issues, listing errors)

Webstore

Development and maintain the pages on our inhouse webstore found on .
Upload Images for webstore parts
Update categories for newly added parts
Assign correct warehouse and shipping methods to newly registered customers
Monitor Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads and associated Google Tags.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers. Includes SEO optimization, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and improve all aspects of the webstore based on feedback, trends, and changes in the market or technology.

Database Management:

Maintaining product-related data in our company ERP (Sage 300), our in-house cross-reference tool and the Commerce-build platform (our Webstore)
Updating product information and part numbers as required
Assisting with the addition of records to our cross-reference database, as required.
Work with sales team to update pricing, customer details, etc. as required.

Additional

Develop and maintain relationships with 3 rd party agencies as required.
