Ecommerce Designer
**Position details:**
– Salaried position, working 40hrs/week
– Salary range: 900-$1500/mo
– Should be able to overlap 3 hours with Pacific time (either end of the day is fine)
– PH Holidays paid time off + 2 weeks of additional PTO and 3 personal days
– English proficiency: conversational, ideally with little accent (most communication will be written and must be very good written)
**Description:**
We are an agency serving the ecommerce space and we provide ongoing conversion rate optimization services to our clients.
We are looking for a CRO-savvy, ecommerce designer to join our team and provide design support for our CRO audits and ongoing optimization work. The right candidate for this position will have a good understanding of best practices in conversion optimization, and on-trend UX and UI design in the ecommerce space.
**Candidate requirements:**
– 3+ years of experience designing ecommerce websites. Home, collection, product and cart pages should be comfortable and familiar territory.
– You should have a good design sense; your design work should look at home alongside current modern ecommerce websites.
– You should have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for user experience and design.
– You should be proficient in Figma.
– You should be organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently on your own, and be able to meet deadlines.
– You should have a passion for ecommerce and a desire to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices.
– You should be comfortable with working remotely and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
– You should be available to overlap at least a few hours with US-based time zones.
