Role and Responsibilities:
As the Ecommerce Digital Marketing and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our ecommerce operations in the Philippines. Your role will involve a combination of strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands-on execution to drive growth and enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement across various online platforms.
Store Creation and Optimization: Manage the end-to-end process of creating and optimizing our online stores, ensuring a seamless user experience and maximizing sales potential.
Copywriting and Content Creation: Create compelling and persuasive product descriptions, ad copies, and other content to communicate our brand’s value proposition effectively.
Media Buying and Advertising: Plan, execute, and monitor effective media buying campaigns across different digital channels, such as social media, search engines, and display networks.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, copywriters, and operational staff to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Recruitment and Talent Management: Take charge of the recruitment process for new team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and operations, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as sales, customer service, and logistics to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and managing ecommerce digital marketing and operations, preferably within an agency setting.
– Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, leading to increased brand visibility and revenue growth.
– Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including content management systems and analytics platforms.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize performance.
– Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
