[Ecommerce] Digital Marketing Associate/Assistant

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant/Associate to serve as a right hand man/assistant to our Performance Marketing Manager.

In simple terms: We want to find a new team member with exposure to ecommerce as it relates to performance/profitability (media buying, creative strategy, landing page design & optimization, funnel reporting/analysis, copywriting, etc). We *DO NOT* expect you to have working experience with all of the categories of tasks mentioned above.

– You can either be an all-rounder (some experience with many specialties, fast learner) or have deep experience w/ a couple specialties (ex: media buying & creative analysis).

– You must be able to make rational, data-driven decisions as well as pitch new, innovative ideas that relate to these components in our funnels. Requirements:
– Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an ecommerce environment.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
– Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
