Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Summary:
We are a dynamic Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Singaporean company specializing in the home and garden, and gifting sectors. We seek a driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This role demands a creative and analytical marketer who can not only develop innovative strategies but also oversee the execution, as well as implement the work to drive e-commerce growth and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that encompasses all digital channels, including email, social media, SEO, influencer marketing

Campaign and E-commerce Calendar Management: Plan and manage the e-commerce marketing calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution of campaigns to meet business objectives.

Content Oversight: Supervise the creation of engaging content across all digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives. This includes viral content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Visual and Store Presentation: Oversee the visual updating of our e-commerce store and advertisements, ensuring they are fresh, appealing, and aligned with current marketing trends. If you are familiar with working directly on Shopify Theme Editor, with Shopify Liquid, thats a plus!

Email Marketing and Lifecycle Management: Craft and optimize email marketing campaigns, focusing on customer lifecycle management to enhance customer retention and conversion.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance across all channels to refine strategies and report on ROI.

Cross-Brand Synergy: Ensure a cohesive marketing approach across different brands within our portfolio, enhancing brand consistency and customer experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing within an e-commerce and DTC environment.
Strong background in content creation, digital advertising, and SEO.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception through execution.
Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Outstanding communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
