Juice My Ride is the fastest-growing brand making battery chargers for exotic and sports cars. We help our clients protect the electronics of their cars and enhance their car battery performance. We sell through our website, eBay and Amazon.

Role’s responsibilities:
• Plan and develop business development projects like: process optimization, KPIs establishment, decision-making protocols, marketplace expansion, designing processes to acquire reviews from our clients, source upsell products, outreach to complimenting businesses to create joint venture partnerships with, etc.
• In-House People Management: assign project’s tasks/subtasks to other team members, quality control the progress, assure the project’s completion by the deadline, manage team members’ performance and keep them accountable, help develop team members’ personal and professional skills, and create an ideal work environment for everyone
• Hire & manage freelancers/specialists for different projects in different departments of the business.
• Constantly collect and analyze all possible data to track performance and make better decisions.

Key Skills Required:
• Communication Skills: the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company; be 100% responsible for the effectiveness of our peer-to-peer communications. Must have excellent oral and written skills.
• Analytical Skills: the ability to analyze data (ads, conversions, sales, other KPIs) to make data-driven decisions.
• Project Management Skills: defining clear outcomes, meticulous planning, scheduling, critical thinking, task management, quality management, delegation & people management.
Preferably experience with task management software (we use ClickUp for all projects and task management).
• Time/Focus Management: the ability to work on one task at a time until completion or exhaustion, complete elimination of all possible internal & external distractions. I do not believe in multitasking.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week, M-F, working US EST business hours.
Compensation: Php 80,000-Php 110,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

A performance-based compensation structure will be offered within 120-180 days, to align the company goals with yours.

This job is NOT for you IF:
•You don’t have at least 3 years of experience in eCommerce business development or project management.
•You are not comfortable working during US Eastern Time Zone business hours (9-6).
•You have other jobs/businesses/projects that you plan to keep.
•You did not keep a job for 1 year or longer in the last 3 years (employer reference call will be made to verify).
•You are not willing for your monitor, activity level, and other performance indicators to be tracked.
