Ecommerce Drop-Shipping Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ecommerce store manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in the Philippines and able to work during US business hours. This is a virtual position and the candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online drop-shipping store using Shopify platform. Our store specializes in tiny home equipment and accessories.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the online store using Shopify
• Sourcing and identifying new products to add to the store, specifically focused on tiny home equipment and accessories
• Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed business decisions
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
• Manage and train customer service representatives
• Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to drive sales and customer engagement
• Monitor and maintain website functionality, including troubleshooting and implementing updates
• Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
Qualifications:
• Fluent in English with a minimal accent
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience managing an e-commerce store, specifically on Shopify
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with phone and email communication
• Stable internet connection and familiar with Shopify
• Knowledge of tiny home equipment and accessories would be an advantage
Pay:
• $700 base salary per month
• 1% of monthly sales as incentive pay, based on the current sales volume of $30,000, this would be equivalent to $300 per month.
