Your Goals:
Grow our client’s subscriber lists and engagement.
Maximise email marketing revenue and ROI.
Improve customer retention and brand loyalty.
Create and maintain strong list health and deliverability.
Craft highly effective copy for email, SMS and Facebook Ads.
Your Responsibilities:
Data Analysis – review email marketing data and reporting and use that data to improve campaigns and automations.
Automations – manage and improve the clients’ email and SMS automations to maximise revenue per subscriber.
List Growth – come up with ideas to attract more people to join and test different signup methods and incentives to maximise conversion and list growth.
Deliverability – manage list health and do regular re-engagement and cleanup to maintain strong sender reputation and deliverability.
Content Plan & Calendar – contribute content and campaign ideas and manage the content calendar to ensure regular list nurturing and brand building.
Campaigns – setup and send campaigns including creating and writing content and liaising with clients and the team to create content.
Copywriting – writing (including leveraging AI to write) and editing copy for email and SMS as well as Facebook ads and other ad hoc copy.
AB Testing – run regular AB tests on email/SMS campaigns and automations to continually optimise and improve results.
Processes – update and maintain existing SOPs related to the role and create new ones where needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
This is a mid-level role requiring at least 2 years experience in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills and teamwork.
Proven track record of excellent results in managing email marketing campaigns and automations; growing subscribers, engagement and revenue.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a strong understanding of buyer psychology and what it takes to attract a subscriber, convert them into a customer and build a relationship to make them a repeat purchaser and brand evangelist.
Klaviyo experience is essential and Shopify, YotPo, Omnisend and Groundhogg experience is desirable.
Adept at AI prompting to quickly and efficiently create highly effective copy and excellent proof-reading and editing skills to be able to make sure AI generated copy is human, concise and on-brand
