Ecommerce Executive Assistant

Lannaclothesdesign Co Ltd. is fast growing ecommerce and clothing export company. Our business focuses on handmade clothing products from Thailand and we provide production work for home-mothers to support their families and support the principles of Fair Trade.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated E-commerce and Marketing VA to help drive our marketing communications and business expansion plans and to assist the CEO in varied operational duties.

Key Responsibilities include:
– Listing optimization/creation (all shops) Amazon, Etsy and Shopify website.
– Blog / Content Writing: Writing and editing blog posts, articles, and other
content using AI help.
– Shipment and Shipping label creation.
– Website Maintenance: Updating website content, managing plugins, and
performing basic troubleshooting.
– Email Marketing: Creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
– Social Media Management: Creating and scheduling posts, managing
social media accounts, and engaging with followers.
– Basic graphic Design: Creating graphics, flyers, and other visual content.
– Event Planning: Coordinating and planning events online marketing.
– Market Research: Conducting research on competitors, trends, and target
audiences.
– SEO link building (Back links website).
– Create SOP’s for all the new tasks learned.

The Ideal candidate profile will include:
– Experience in a similar marketing communications role
– Good excel skills
– Good english skills (read and write)
– Basic SEO knowledge
– Helium 10 or any other seller software experience
– Marketing communications experience
– Amazon, Etsy and Shopify experience
– Strong writing and editing skills
– SEO tool knowledge such surfseo program
– Basic AI knowledge
