About The Role

As a Graphic Designer at 11 Agency, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual narrative of our email marketing campaigns. Your designs will not only be aesthetically pleasing but also aligned with our partners’ brand identities, ensuring a cohesive and impactful message. In this dynamic setting, you’ll collaborate with our team to bring to life high-quality email visuals that captivate and convert.

Key Responsibilities
– Design a diverse range of email marketing collateral, from initial concepts to final production
– Collaborate with team members to consistently produce and deliver visually engaging emails on schedule
– Ensure all graphics adhere to partner branding guidelines, including appropriate use of logos, color schemes, composition, and perspective
– Dive deep into partner industries, websites, social media, and brand kits to craft graphics that are both cohesive and compelling
– Stay updated on the latest trends and cultural nuances of our partners’ sectors to enhance the relevance and appeal of your designs
– Navigate tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring precision and consistent branding throughout

What We’re Looking For
– 2-3 years of graphic design experience, proficient in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva
– A genuine passion for and understanding of email and its marketing dynamics
– Mastery over design principles that lead to standout graphic designs and drive results
– A proactive approach to understanding our systems and processes, aiming to enhance the user experience for our partners
– A self-driven mindset with the ability to spot challenges and offer innovative solutions
– The capability to manage multiple tasks, work proactively, and deliver without close supervision
