Key Responsibilities:
– Customer Support Excellence: Provide stellar and friendly support to customers across our brands via SMS/chat.
– Problem Resolution: Research, identify, and resolve issues hindering customer checkout experiences.
– Sales and Service Insight: Understand the nuances of customer shopping experiences, including sales, bundles, exchanges, returns, and managing abandoned carts.
– Multitasking Mastery: Efficiently handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality or customer experience.
– Quick Learning & Adaptability: Rapidly absorb new information, adapt to changing scenarios, and incorporate feedback into your work seamlessly.

Working Hours:
– Schedule: Full-time position requiring a 5-day work week on USA EST time zone (night shift for the Philippines).
– Shifts Available:
– Morning Shift: 8 AM – 4 PM EST
– Mid Shift: 12 PM – 8 PM EST
– Evening Shift: 4 PM – 12 AM (midnight) EST
– Weekend Availability: Preferred.

Preferred Experience:
– Prior experience in eCommerce Customer Support.
– Familiarity with platforms like Shopify and Front App is highly beneficial.
