We are looking for an e-commerce logistics associate to join our team. It must be someone hungry to learn, grow and develop their career.

Responsibilities of this role:
– Oversee and control the flow of products (logistics), from production to final delivery.
– Manage inventory across warehouses and marketplaces.
– Create shipment plans and provide shipping labels to the warehouse person.
– Update shipments tracking.
– Reconcile inventory with suppliers.

Deliverables & Actions:
– Weekly inventory management KPI update.
– Weekly reporting on each product’s shipments to be created.
– Daily monitoring of shipments in each marketplace.
– Daily KPI update for any shipment changes.
– Create shipment plans and provide shipping labels to the warehouse person.
– Review stocks spreadsheet and update it when there is any inventory movement.
– Track and request reimbursement for lost inventory.
– Reconcile inventory with suppliers.
– Review and request supplier invoice updates.
– Help implement inventory management and purchase order ERP.

Skills:
– Excellent written and spoken English.
– Critical thinking.
– Good analytical skills. Understands maths and logic well.
– Excel skills (we work a lot with Google Sheets).
– Computer skills and technology. You need to be comfortable with learning new applications and softwares.
– Attention to detail.
– Have the ability to follow SOPs.

Requirements:
– No E-commerce experience needed. We will provide training for 1-2 months (more if needed).
– Expected to work for the long term.
– This is a full-time job – 40-hour work week.
– Expected working hours between 10am-6pm GMT or another agreed upon hours that enable fast communication turnarounds.
– Have a good computer with fast internet access.
