Company Overview:
We are a an established eCommerce business selling POS hardware online in Australia. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to manage two online stores and drive sales growth through strategic planning, effective marketing, and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Store Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of two online stores, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.
Manage inventory levels, product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
Monitor website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to make informed decisions regarding product assortment and merchandising.

Sales Growth:

Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets for both stores.
Conduct thorough market research and analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Implement effective marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other channels, to drive traffic and increase conversions.
Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer acquisition and retention.
Customer Experience:

Ensure an exceptional customer experience by implementing best practices for online retail, including website usability, customer support, and post-purchase communication.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty, increase repeat purchases, and drive customer lifetime value.
Continuously monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of driving sales growth.
Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and industry best practices.
Proficient in using analytics tools to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
