Job Description:
As the E-commerce Manager for our jewellery store, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online sales platform, ensuring a seamless and profitable shopping experience for our customers. You will lead a team of e-commerce specialists, develop strategic initiatives, and implement best practices to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
– E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on driving sales, increasing conversion rates, and enhancing customer engagement.
– Website Management: Manage the development, maintenance, and optimization of our e-commerce website, ensuring functionality, user-friendliness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Product Merchandising: Oversee product merchandising strategies, including product categorization, pricing, and promotions, to maximize sales and profitability.
– Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, and email marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase online visibility.
– Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools to track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
– Inventory Management: Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to monitor inventory levels, ensure timely restocking, and minimize out-of-stock situations.
– Customer Experience: Continuously optimize the online shopping experience by identifying areas for improvement, implementing enhancements, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.

Requirements:
