The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth through strategic media planning and execution, as well as experience managing all aspects of an ecommerce platform.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a media buying strategy to drive customer acquisition and engagement
– Manage the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, including website development, product management, and customer experience
– Analyze website traffic and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
– Plan, negotiate and execute media campaigns across multiple channels, including display, social, video, and search
– Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to drive customer loyalty engagement
– Stay up-to-date on the latest ecommerce and media buying trends, technologies, and best practices
– Manage and optimize all ecommerce marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, paid search, social media, and affiliate marketing.
– Utilize customer data and insights to inform marketing decisions and improve the customer experience.
Position Requests and Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
– 2+ years of ecommerce management and media buying experience
– Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, media buying (Facebook, TIktok, and others), and digital advertising technologies
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive business decisions
– Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
– Experience with e-commerce platforms, email marketing, and social media advertising
