Main duties:
Ecommerce: Etsy Shop, Tik Tok Shop, Shopify – promotion on the platform
Social Media: Scheduling Instagram, Pinterest
Email Marketing: Email Design & Strategy

Intro:
We are looking for a full-time rockstar manager to help us with several different jobs. We will need someone that’s willing to learn and implement consistently.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
1. Ecommerce Shop Optimization: Etsy Shop, Tik Tok Shop – promotion of the brand on the platforms and listing optimization. Shopify store optimization.
2. Social Media: Instagram strategy, scheduling and posting, Pinterest strategy and scheduling.
3. Tracking Key Metrics and Reporting: Traffic, Conversions, Sales
4. Email Marketing Strategy and Email Set up

Must have experience!

Salary:
Roughly around $1,300-$2,000+/ month, depending on how well you are doing in the business.

Starting salary breakdown:

1. Base $1,000/ month
2. + Additional 3% of the monthly revenue of the business on Etsy, Shopify and Tik Tok Shop which currently would be $300-$1,000 depending on how we do that month and how you help us grow the sales that month (We are not yet on Tik Tok Shop so setting this up properly would increase the pay already). As you help us by promoting our products on social media and the selling platforms this number will increase as well.

We are an ecommerce company that has been selling products online for over 6 years. We sell physical products: office products and arts & crafts. We currently have 3 employees and are growing fast. We are all completely remote and operate independently. We just make sure to communicate every day and be clear on the objectives. Getting good work done on time is more important than logging hours!
