Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and building a high-performing marketing team from scratch. This role requires a visionary and hands-on individual who can create effective marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Team Building:
Recruit, hire, and onboard marketing professionals to build a high-performing team.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Set clear goals and objectives for the marketing team, providing support to achieve them.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
Oversee the development of creative assets, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Sales Enablement:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that drive lead generation and conversion.
Create and manage sales enablement materials, such as product brochures, case studies, and presentations.
Support the sales team with training and tools to enhance their effectiveness.
Brand Management:
Establish and maintain the company’s brand image and voice across all marketing channels.
Develop and execute PR and influencer marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.
Operational Development:
Set up marketing processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new strategies to keep the company at the forefront of e-commerce marketing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a eCommerce Marketing Manager or in a similar role within the e-commerce industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
