TANAOR, an 8 figure eCommerce brand specializing in Nano-Bible jewelry, is looking for a talented Marketing Manager / Head of Growth with extensive experience in eCommerce, the Shopify platform, Facebook ads media buying, performance creative, copywriting, and landing page creation. The ideal candidate will have a background as a media buyer, marketing manager, or head of growth, either directly with a brand or through a marketing agency managing prominent eCommerce accounts. This role requires a deep knowledge in the DTC field, a blend of creativity and analytical skills, aimed at driving significant growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Growth Marketer, Marketing Manager, or similar role, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce. Previous work with Shopify stores and Facebook media buying is essential.

-Demonstrable success in roles either directly managing e-commerce brands or through a marketing agency, focusing on generating sales and growth.

-A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns, particularly in direct response advertising and use of UGC, aimed at driving product sales.

-Proficiency in analytics and marketing performance tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to inform strategies and decisions.

-In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing trends, with a focus on social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, aimed at e-commerce sales.

-Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and ability to translate them into effective marketing strategies that promote our products.

-Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and tech teams.

-Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
