Position Overview
As an Ecommerce Marketplace Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s presence on Amazon and other key marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced professional who can get us listed on these platforms as soon as possible and ensure our listings stand out. This full-time, remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, allowing you to achieve the perfect work-life balance.

Responsibilities
– Marketplace Setup: Set up and optimise our brand’s presence on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms effectively.
– Creative Listing Management: Develop compelling product listings to maximise sales conversions and revenue.
– Advertising and PPC Campaigns: Plan and execute marketplace advertising and PPC campaigns, focusing on keyword optimisation and budget management across Amazon Vendor channels.
– Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team to drive high sales volumes and achieve sales targets.
– Customer Support Collaboration: Work closely with the customer support team to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
– Data Analysis: Analyse marketplace performance data to uncover insights and develop actionable strategies.
– E-commerce Activity Oversight: Oversee and manage all e-commerce activities and data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Experience
– Extensive experience managing listings on Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.
– At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce management.
– Strong background in Amazon Vendor Central, preferably from a brand or agency perspective.
– Expertise in digital marketing, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Business.
– Proven experience in Amazon paid advertising, managing multiple accounts across different regions.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn traffic and sales data into actionable strategies.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– Proactive and action-oriented mindset.
– Diverse marketing skill set and tech-savvy attitude.
