ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the SWOOC Games Team, your mission is to manage SWOOC listings on all eCommerce sales channels. This position will be responsible for creating & managing listings, optimizing product visibility, researching new opportunities, analyzing data, and handling listing issues. This role will work closely with the Operations, Project Management, Marketing, and Finance Teams.
• Create and manage listings on Amazon and other online marketplaces.
• Coordinate marketing for all online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, and content creation (guides, banners, HTML templates, and email).
• Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing.
• Monitor competitive listings and SWOOC product pricing on all sales channels.
• Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the mechanics of all backend tools, processes, and systems.
• Consistently monitor and understand competitive pricing landscapes.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketplace metrics and sales.
• Troubleshoot listing issues.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate must have the following knowledge, skills, and work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in eCommerce or related product data and content maintenance, online marketing, or equivalent.
• Experienced with creating product listings, data feeds, and online merchandising.
• Experience with sales channels including Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Shopify, Etsy, and others.
• Knowledgeable in Data Management.
• A problem solver. Someone who will find an answer to new problems, without a ready-made solution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills and business acumen to turn analysis into insights and recommendations.
• Key Competencies: Highly Organized, Results-Oriented, Detail-Oriented, Teamwork, Flexible, Analytical Skills, Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced Google Sheet & MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas: VLOOKUP, PVOT, SUMIFS, and more).
• Google Workspace & MS Word & PowerPoint, Helium 10
• Internet & Tech Savvy (ability to quickly learn and work with new systems and software).
HOURS OF WORK PER WEEK
• 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday, 08:00 am to 01:00 pm EST
• The remainder of the hours are on flexible time.

• Salary is $5-$8/hour.
