eCommerce Operations Assistant (Supply Chain Expert)

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

– Analyze and forecast demand to ensure the availability of products.
– Work with suppliers directly to process replenishment orders and shipments.
– Analyze market sales data to identify potential suppliers..
– Land new sales opportunities by reaching out and completing the signup process with new brands.
– Oversee the logistics shipment to optimize costs and processes.
– Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and other requirements.
– Manage the listings, account health, and all other things in Amazon Seller Central
– Ensure that all of our shipments comply with all regulations and requirements already in place by the marketplaces.
– Ensure that all parts of the process are being completed promptly and accurately.

About You:

Core qualifications:

– 2-3 years experience in eCommerce operations
– Ability to coordinate with suppliers and brands directly to manage inventory levels and place new orders.
– Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with suppliers and vendors
– Ability to conduct market research to identify potential brands and products to carry
– Identify and reach out to new vendors to expand product offerings.
– Logistics Management: Proficient in overseeing and optimizing the entire logistics process, from inventory management to order fulfillment.
– Full understanding of Logistics, Warehouse Operations, and Fulfillment.
– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365/ Google Workspace and be able to understand formulas and how data is calculated
– Communication skills (Confident to speak with vendors over the phone)

Advantageous:

– 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain coordination and Amazon operations
– Monitor and optimize current listings on Amazon Seller Central.
– Experience in Keepa
– Managing the eCommerce website (contents, images)
