ECommerce Operations Associate

As an ECommerce Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing our comprehensive product database for a wide swath of manufacturers and product types. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in ECommerce, a deep understanding of the Shopify platform, and familiarity with databases, excel, and product structuring.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Execute the overall ECommerce strategy, focusing on increasing online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
• Manage and optimize the Shopify platform, including product listings, website content, and user experience to maximize online sales and customer satisfaction.
• Upload products and enrich our comprehensive product database with product metadata for a vast array of product types and equipment.
• Maintain and improve on the system of our product and collection taxonomies to create an intuitive and satisfying customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to implement innovative strategies for online growth.
• Develop subject matter expertise in the Heavy Machinery and Attachments space.

Requirements:
• Must have a stable and working internet connection.
• Must have excellent command of the English language.
• Must have a college degree in a STEM discipline.
• Proven experience of at least 12 months in eCommerce, specifically with Shopify.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Query (VLOOKUP at a minimum)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.

Position Information: Pay: $10 / hr
Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours a week
Position Hours: Day Shift – 7:00am – 3:00pm PHT
