Job Description:
As the Ecommerce Operations Manager, you will oversee our entire ecommerce operation, ensuring that every component from inventory management to customer satisfaction operates seamlessly. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations, aligning them with our brand values of wellness and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s mission.
Oversee supply chain planning, inventory management, warehousing, and order fulfillment workflows.
Manage customer service efforts and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and retail fulfillment teams to ensure a cohesive operation.
Work with third-party logistics partners and vendors to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Implement sustainable practices in shipping and operations to align with our brand .
Requirements:
Proven experience in ecommerce operations and logistics management.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, with specific expertise in Shopify.
Demonstrated success in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and implementing strategies to enhance online sales.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in sustainable business practices is a plus.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects effectively.
