Ecommerce Operations Manager – B2B Office Supplies

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Ecommerce Operations Manager to join our team. As the Ecommerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform, managing a team of staff, and ensuring that goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Oversee a team of staff, including customer service representatives and collections, marketing, report building, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
Communicating with CEO on Hire additional staff as needed to support growing business demands.
Hold weekly meetings with the team to set goals, discuss strategies, and track progress.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination between ecommerce and sales operations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
Provide regular reports to the CEO on the progress of ecommerce operations and overall team performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our ecommerce offerings.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing ecommerce operations, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a team.
Ability to effectively communicate with team members and collaborate across departments.
Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
Familiarity with Net30 tradelines and B2B purchasing processes.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
