Overview
The Ecommerce Operations Specialist will work closely with the Ecomm Operations team to replenish fulfillment centers across the globe. The ideal candidate will have experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA creation, TikTok Shop, and other online channels. Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and technology in general is required to succeed in this role. The Replenishment Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that inventory levels meet sales demand while minimizing stockouts and overstock situations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Fulfillment Center Replenishment:
Coordinate and execute inventory replenishment for fulfillment centers across the world.
Monitor inventory levels and sales forecasts to determine replenishment needs and create replenishment plans accordingly.
Intense focus on daily review and execution of replenishments for all sales channels.
Amazon Seller Central and FBA Management:
Manage replenishment processes on Amazon Seller Central, including FBA creation and shipment coordination.
Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and maintain optimal inventory levels to support sales demand.
Cross-Channel Replenishment:
Work with multiple online sales channels, including TikTok Shop and others, to manage inventory replenishment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and consistent replenishment across all platforms.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to track inventory levels, sales trends, and replenishment needs.
Generate regular reports on inventory status, replenishment activities, and operational performance.
Visualize replenishment statuses in for all of RhinoUSA team members visibility.
Process Improvement and Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory replenishment to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement best practices and standard procedures to optimize replenishment workflows.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve issues related to inventory replenishment, shipment delays, or discrepancies.
Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely replenishment and product availability.
Escalate unmanageable issues/problems to Ecommerce Operations Manager for help in resolving.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory replenishment, e-commerce operations, or related roles.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA creation, TikTok Shop, and other online sales channels is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in inventory management and reporting.
Passion or interest in powersports and/or outdoor supply industry
Entrepreneurial spirit a plus
