JOB OVERVIEW
Main Responsibilities:
– Processing and managing orders
– Communicating with customers & suppliers
– Solving problems with orders
– Listing products if needed

You’ll be responsible for making sure customers receive what they ordered, on time, and help solve any problems along the way.

Here are some examples of the types of things you’ll coordinate with customers & suppliers, via phone, email, & chat:
– Placing orders with suppliers
– Order status changes/delays
– Customer post-purchase follow up
– Returns, warranty issues, chargebacks
– Back orders
– Call & email customer to notify
– If they can’t wait, offer alternative products
– Damaged items

PAY
Based on ability and experience, ranging from $800-1200/month, for this full-time role. If you believe you have more to offer, tell us what you’d like and why you’re able to deliver more value.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– Honest
– Reliable
– Fluent in English, near native speaker
– Type 50 WPM

Preferred:
– Shopify experience
– Copywriting experience or knowledge is a plus but not required

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
*REQUIRED – Internet: Fast, stable connection
Work Environment: Be able to answer the phone quickly at any time during business hours. No loud background noise – no coffee shops, children, dogs, etc.

WORKING HOURS
Full time position (40 hours/week): Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8AM – 4PM US Eastern time. If there are time zone and schedule factors, hybrid schedules may be considered.
