Key Responsibilities:

As a Shopify Dropshipping Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing our customer orders with precision and efficiency.

You’ll demonstrate your expertise through:

Order Fulfillment:
Sending customer orders to various suppliers daily using Google Sheets online, ensuring seamless execution.

Tracking Number Management:
Fulfilling orders by adding tracking numbers on Shopify, guaranteeing customers can track their shipments.

Invoices Verification & Confirmation:
Ensuring the accuracy of product costs in invoices, eliminating errors that might affect the bottom line.

Fulfillment Status Checking:
Monitoring orders to ensure they are shipped promptly, preventing delays in processing times.

Shipping Status Management:
Ensuring that customer orders are delivered without delays in shipping times, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Customer/Order Issue Resolution:
Proactively managing a range of issues including delayed orders, exchanges, refunds, and replacements for damaged or incorrect items.

Returns Case Handling:
Efficiently managing return requests, confirming approvals, and accurately processing refunds to maintain customer trust.

Communication:
Collaborating effectively with team members, including suppliers, the customer support team, and store manager, to provide a superior customer experience.

Issue Escalation:
Identifying and promptly escalating urgent matters to the relevant managers requiring immediate attention for resolution.

Cost Negotiation:
Negotiating product and shipping costs with suppliers to reduce the cost of goods sold (COGS) effectively.

Weekly Reporting:
Compiling and delivering detailed reports to the store manager on the overall status of orders, fulfillment, shipping, and urgent matters.

Process Adherence:
Ensuring strict adherence to and periodic updating of standard processes and procedures for optimal efficiency.

In your role as the Fulfillment Specialist, you are a critical contributor to our commitment to excellence in customer service.
