Role Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate for this role should be an excellent communicator, with superior people skills and a commitment to maintaining positive customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or service using scripts.
Answer questions about our products or the company.
Put through sales pitches to the customer, adjusting pitch to meet the needs of specific individuals.
Understand customer requirements and close sales.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Qualifications

Proven experience of 2+ years as an outbound sales representative, or a similar role in the Sales field.
Track record of successful sales, with a high close rate.
Experience in upselling and hard selling.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Work Location

The chosen candidate will be able to work remotely from their location in Manila/Philippines

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports to: Sales Manager/Lead

Monthly Salary: 700 USD + 5% sales commissions*
