Physio Factory is a rapidly growing ecommerce business with a strong presence on Amazon Australia, generating monthly sales of 15-20k. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Paid Advertising Specialist to lead our efforts in diversifying our sales channels and enhancing our brand presence on Shopify through paid advertising campaigns.

**Position Overview:**

As an Ecommerce Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, and achieve the goal of generating similar revenue figures on Shopify as we currently achieve on Amazon. You will play a critical role in expanding our ecommerce presence and brand recognition through digital advertising.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Paid Advertising Strategy:** Develop and execute a comprehensive paid advertising strategy to promote our products on Shopify. This includes keyword research, competitor analysis, and the selection of appropriate advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).

2. **Campaign Management:** Set up, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates. Ensure campaigns are aligned with the budget and sales goals.

3. **Ad Creative Development:** Create compelling ad copy, graphics, and video content that resonates with the target audience and conveys our brand’s value proposition effectively.

4. **Keyword and Audience Targeting:** Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and targeting to reach potential customers most likely to convert.

5. **A/B Testing:** Continuously test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversion rates and campaign performance.

6. **Budget Management:** Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources where they will have the most significant impact and delivering a positive ROI.

7. **Performance Reporting:** Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights to key stakeholders, outlining successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvements.

8. **Stay Updated:** Stay informed about industry trends and emerging advertising platforms to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and competitive.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns for ecommerce businesses.
– Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
– A track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets through paid advertising efforts.
