Job Description

We are an e-commerce store retailing designer fittings in Australia. We are looking for a an experienced VA to help with product listing and data entry – we are committed to building a long term relationship.

Initially, we would like to start you off part time (4 hours a day) doing basic tasks for the first 4 weeks and then offer full time based on performance.

THE TASKS

You will be doing the following tasks initially (we will provide clear documentation to assist you in doing these tasks):

1. Product Listing / Data Entry (upload products to Bigcommerce and Shopify)
2. Organise and maintain product listings using spreadsheets
3. Create product labels on Canva

PROGRAM EXPERIENCE

We prefer you to have experience in marketing and product listings with prior use of the following programs:

1. Bigcommerce / Shopify
2. Google Suite (google sheets, docs, gmail, etc)
3. Canva

SKILLS REQUIRED

You must have the following personal skills:

* Excellent English speaking and writing skills
* Extremely organised with great attention to detail
* Super reliable and trustworthy
* Very proactive and hard working – you will need to use your own initiative
* Tech savvy
* Have a reliable computer and internet connection
* Endless curiosity, personal drive and tenacity

You must have the following work skills and experience:

* Data Entry and Administration
* Vlookup
* Spreadsheets
* Importing, Exporting and Uploading of Spreadsheets

TIME ZONE AND HOURS

Virtual assistant need to be able to work from 11am to 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time Monday to Friday. No weekend work required.

You may only need to work on average 4 hours a day initially and then we can offer full time from 10am to 6pm after 4 weeks of probation.

No weekend work required.

START DATE
