We are looking for a super-star SEO manager for our UK LED Lighting brand. This is a full-time job role and is packed full of company benefits.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute SEO Strategies:
– Formulate and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our e-commerce platform (Magento 2).
Keyword Research and Optimization:
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value opportunities.
Optimize website content, product pages, and meta tags for targeted keywords.
Technical SEO:
Ensure the website is technically optimized for search engines, including mobile optimization, site speed improvements, and effective crawlability.
You should have a strong technical understanding of such items like Sitemap, files etc.
Put together a list of fixes for the web development team to implement.
Content Strategy:
Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with SEO goals.
Create and optimize engaging and SEO-friendly content.
The blog is on WordPress and the core website is on Magento 2.
Link Building:
Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to enhance the website’s authority.
Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and industry partners.
Use tools such as Hunter, Buzzstream etc to find links. You will have a monthly budget allocated towards link building.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others to analyze website performance.
Generate regular reports on SEO KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay Current with Industry Trends:
Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques to ensure the website remains at the forefront of search engine results.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to integrate SEO best practices into all aspects of the business.
Qualifications:
– At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
– Solid technical knowledge in SEO and Web Analytics tools
– Strong knowledge and experience on E-Commerce business
– Expert knowledge in optimizing an e-commerce website
– Excellent grasp of the English language
Working Hours:
– Preferred working hours are 2pm to 10pm Philippines time. This is negotiable for the right candidate and we can consider changing this if preferred.

– Excellent salary, paid in either PHP or USD if preferred of 70,000 to 100,000 PHP/month, depending on experience. Paid Weekly, by transferwise
