Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead the recruitment and selection process of new employees for our dropshipping Shopify business. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews and selecting qualified candidates who fit our company culture and values.

In addition, the HR Manager will also be responsible for managing and supervising employees, managing HR-related processes and providing support to the management team. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional who has experience with e-commerce, Shopify and dropshipping, and is driven to lead our team to new heights.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high quality candidates for various positions within our company.
– Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews and doing reference checks.
– Lead interviews and make informed decisions on the right candidates for various positions.
– Manage HR-related processes such as onboarding, training and development, performance reviews and personnel administration.
– Function as a trusted advisor to the management team on HR-related matters and provide strategic advice and support.
– Lead and motivate the HR team to achieve optimal performance and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
– Minimum 1 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sector.
– Proven experience in recruitment, personnel management and HR processes.
– Extensive knowledge of e-commerce, Shopify and dropshipping.
– Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Drive to excel and ability to contribute positively to the success of the company.
