We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Site Manager who is proficient in Shopify and has a proven track record of managing and optimizing eCommerce websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Shopify platform, including website maintenance, content management, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
–Daily site operations, including processing orders, returns, new product uploads, content management, & site merchandising
–Handling all customer service inquiries, resolving order issues, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory
–Managing 3rd party marketplaces i.e. Farfetch, Amazon
–Manage and maintain the company’s Shopify website, ensuring optimal functionality, performance, and user experience.
–Implement and update website content, including product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing, in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
–Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion rates using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics and identify opportunities for improvement.
–Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to execute eCommerce initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
–Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in eCommerce and Shopify development, and make recommendations for website enhancements and optimizations.
–Manage third-party integrations and apps, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and marketing tools, to ensure seamless operation and integration with Shopify.
–Provide training and support to internal teams on Shopify functionality, processes, and best practices.
–Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations, and security protocols to protect customer information and ensure a secure online shopping environment.
–Stay abreast of Shopify updates, features, and releases, and implement relevant changes and enhancements to improve website performance and functionality.
Qualifications:
–Proven experience in eCommerce website management, with expertise in Shopify.
–Strong technical proficiency in the Shopify platform, including theme customization, app integration, and backend management.
–Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
–Creative mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing website content.
–Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
–Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
–Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs and thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

–ApparelMagic: Our ERP that we use to run our business is called ApparelMagic; if they have experience in that, and especially in the Ecommerce/Shopify sync capabilities of ApparelMagic, that would be excellent, but that is not critical.
